Shipping policy

We don't ship every day, we typically do things in batches as they're ready to go. Please note that even if something is not marked as a pre-order, it may require us to piece the kit together and should be expected to ship in one to two weeks. If something is time-sensitive please reach out to support@brickveteran.com so we can attempt to prioritize it.  We offer multiple shipping options and it's recommended that you choose the best option for yourself.

Keep in mind that tracking information and shipping timelines from the various shipping companies can often be inaccurate.  Before reaching out to us with shipping issues on products that are already in transit, please contact the respective shipping company directly.  If they're unable to provide the information you're looking for or resolve the issue to your satisfaction then definitely reach out to us at support@brickveteran.com

Please note that we are not responsible for customs, local taxes, or duties on international shipments. We also cannot change the customs value of the package from the price that was actually paid.

If you're shipping to a drop-shipper inside the USA, reach out for approval in advance or your order may be cancelled.
